Vision Ruhr - Media Arts exhibition - 2000 |
From Concept: "...media installations, sculptures and performances by internationally renowned artists.Media artists are developing new sensual codes and interfaces between the existing and the future media world. The project takes into account people's desire for a functioning connection with their intelligent environment, for recognition through the technical apparatus of which it consists, and for interaction with that apparatus. The medium itself, however, does not yet transport contents. " |
